The Paragon Business Complex exemplifies our commercial contracting capabilities. Centrally located between St. George, Hurricane, and I-15, Paragon offers modern industrial flex and light industrial spaces designed to accommodate a variety of business needs. Phase 1 is 100% occupied, with an additional 40,000 sq ft set for completion in 2024.
